A fashion event that put Munich on the map.
As a PR agency for fashion events, Mayr Nell was responsible for the media relations for the Perfect Runway Charity Gala 2024 at BMW Welt. Initiator Bouya Ndombasi and b.ceen ai commissioned the agency with the development and media positioning of a new international fashion format in Munich.
The PR strategy focused on an exclusive charity launch event with around 400 guests from media, fashion, sports, and the influencer scene, to generate maximum attention for the vision of one of Germany's largest fashion shows.
The staging in a winter wonderland setting with a silver red carpet and a fashion show on ice garnered significant nationwide media coverage.






Result
Media coverage, including in BUNTE and the Süddeutsche Zeitung, quickly brought the format into the spotlight and laid the groundwork for its further development: Just six months later, Germany's largest fashion show to date was realized at Munich's Zenith, with around 3,500 attendees – from which today's Munich Fashion Week evolved.
