Long-term media relations for sustainable brand presence
For several years, Mayr Nell managed PR communications for SchwörerHaus, centered around prominent testimonials Thore Schölermann and Jana Schölermann. The unique concept: The couple planned, built, and moved into their own SchwörerHaus – thereby becoming part of the brand story themselves.
The campaign followed the entire process for several years, bringing the house build to life as an authentic, ongoing story: from the initial planning with the architect, through site visits, house assembly, and the groundbreaking tree felling, to the final inauguration.
Creative PR moments, such as the symbolic felling of a tree – whose wood was directly incorporated into the house construction – as well as extensive photo shoots focusing on sustainability, architecture, and modern living, made the project emotionally engaging and media-friendly. The campaign was complemented by media collaborations, including with BUNTE and other leading home and lifestyle media.
